Grill Off
Saturday July 19th
North side of Event Center
Bring your own Grill.
Enter the day of Grill Off. Registration starts @ 4:00PM.
Judging will be held @ 5:45 PM.
Cooking will start @ 5:00 PM unless your dish takes longer, then you come and start accordingly.
Entries are a dish of your choice (meat, vegetables etc. or a complete meal).
More than one entry per person, but must be presented separately.
Dishes can be prepared (marinated etc) before event but must be cooked at cook off.
