Boone County Agricultural Society Commercial Booth Rental Agreement July

You are invited to participate in our 2012 Commercial Booths at the Boone County Fair in Albion, NE Saturday July 7 thru Wednesday July 11, 2012. The typical booth size is 8 ft. x 10 ft. If you have not been a vendor at one of our recent fairs, our booths are located in the center of our spacious Event Center. On one end of the Event Center is our dining hall and the opposite end has our open class and quilt displays. Patrons will be walking thru the commercial booth area to access either of these venues. The entire building is air conditioned with all commercial booths having pipe and drapery skirting and background. The rental fee of $45.00 includes all four main days of the fair. If necessary, an 8 ft. table may be rented for $5 each. If you are unable to attend the entire fair, we have a daily rate of $20 per day plus table rental, if necessary. Your booth may be set up on Friday or Saturday prior to the fair. The Commercial Exhibit displays will be open to the public from 11:00 A.M. till 9: P.M. daily. The building will be locked when closed. The Boone County Agricultural Society is not responsible for displayed items, though all precautions will be taken to safeguard them.
